Sagipisay 3.0 will be in operation once classes resume, as stated by the administration. However, right now, our Pisay community can help other communities out! Here are some places and institutions you can go to! :)
- Home remedies for flooded or stranded people - contains health and safety tips as well as additional links to government and non-government institutions that can help
- Quick ways to donate - everything you need to know about donating
- Updated list - evacuation centers and relief operations all over Metro Manila
Please help spread the word. If you have additional information, feel free to contribute. May you and your families be safe and sound through these rains.
The Student Alliance and AKSIS are spearheading SAGIPISAY 3, a donation drive to help members of the PSHS community and others severely affected by the recent floods.
In as much as we’d like to start collecting, we do not want anyone to take the risk and venture out at this time. However, you may start piling up goods you’d like to donate and bring them in once classes resume or once the rains subside.
We have assigned certain batches to donate specific things to make sure that we have an even distribution of goods. However, you are NOT limited to donating these goods only. (Please do not send in perishable goods.)
Grade 7 – Clothes/Beddings/Blankets
2nd Year - Toiletries/Cleaning materials
3rd Year – Food (Canned goods, noodles, etc.)
4th Year – Medicines/Water
All donations are welcome whether in cash or in kind.
The SA will be issuing acknowledgment receipts for recording and account purposes.
We will be extending these to the members of the PSHS community that were severely affected as well as to others who may need it.
Also, please contact your class officers and update them on your current status so that we can properly monitor those affected.
Thank you for your support! Stay safe, Pisay. :)
